1. Agreement to Terms

2.1 Quaywest Hospitality Limited website Gift Voucher page is designed to let you buy vouchers for use in our restaurant. The voucher enables its owner to pay in full or in part for goods and/or services at Quaywest Hospitality Limited. It is available in electronic format and printed versions.

3. Buying a Voucher

3.1 Quaywest Vouchers are available from our web site at https://qw.touchtakeaway.net/menu/VOUCHERS It is available in electronic format as a code that can be used to make purchases.

3.2 You can buy a Voucher for yourself, or you can buy one as a gift for someone else. You must be 18 or over to buy a Voucher.

4. Paying for your Voucher

4.1 The Voucher is paid for when you purchase it. You cannot top it up at a later date.

4.2 The minimum value you can place on a Voucher is £10, and the maximum is £200.

4.3 You can spend any amount you like each time, provided that there is enough credit left on your voucher.

5. Using your Voucher

5.1 Where you use it. – You can use your Voucher to pay in full or in part for items in our restaurant.

5.3 How you use it. – When paying for goods and / or services present the voucher with your bill.

6. Refunds

6.1 If you require a refund for a purchased voucher, please contact the restaurant on Tel: 028 7137 0977.

7. Lifespan of the Voucher

7.1 Your Quaywest Hospitality Limited Voucher will automatically come to an end one year after purchase or immediately when full balance has been used. At this point, any remaining balance  will be lost. Therefore, you should use it within that period – and, remember, you can use it to pay in part.
